The daily report is pieced together by hand by mid-morning
The Night Auditor uploads the PMS file and the daily report is issued, with version control
Agreed at the 9 a.m. meeting. By 6 p.m., nobody knows whether it was done.
Hosdone™ turns daily PMS reports into clear actions for each hotel role, with an assigned owner, a deadline and verification by another team member. Built by a hotel general manager to help run, coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations from a mobile device.

The daily report is pieced together by hand by mid-morning
The Night Auditor uploads the PMS file and the daily report is issued, with version control
The Executive Housekeeper counts rooms on paper
The Executive Housekeeper checks the rooms requiring service and the staffing needed
The guest calls, someone writes it down and nobody knows whether it was fixed
The guest scans the hotel’s QR code and enters the room number; the fault is assigned to Maintenance with a target resolution time
A complaint is closed as soon as the technician says it is fixed
The guest confirms the outcome. If they are not satisfied, Hosdone opens a Guest Experience follow-up with an owner and a one-hour deadline while they are still in-house
A corporate manager sends instructions to the Head Chef on WhatsApp
The request goes through the General Manager, who approves it or challenges it with a reason
A stalled task only comes to light at Monday’s meeting
It automatically alerts the person responsible and, if it is still stalled, hotel management
Services delivered but not charged are lost
The night close checks sales against the PMS, and any mismatch becomes a task for the morning
Operations calls to ask what is happening with costs
The weekly report includes the actions defined by the General Manager. No call needed

Measured in our test hotel, run night by night for three months with sample data. It is not a client: the first real-world results will come from the first live hotel.
Anything the hotel has not provided is shown as “—”, with a note explaining what is missing.
Tasks are verified by someone other than the person who completed them. Not even the General Manager signs off their own work.
An issued report is never rewritten: any change creates a new version.
Performance is measured by role and department, without individual rankings.
It is built this way: each professional sees what corresponds to their role and permissions, and what is not collected cannot be accessed by anyone.
Payroll and HR files It does not handle salaries or employment and disciplinary records.
Health data No diagnoses are recorded. An allergy is noted as a service requirement, such as “gluten-free”.
ID documents It does not ask for them. The guest’s registration stays in the PMS; here, work is linked to their room and stay.
Location of people Location data is removed from evidence photos when they are uploaded.
Guest data: the minimum, for the length of the stay. The guest channel does not ask for an ID document, email address or payment card, and no profile is kept between stays. During the stay, the app stores the room, the guest’s requests and what they write. When the stay is closed, the phone session, the form of address, the guest’s messages and the photos of their case are deleted; each request remains on record without the room number: what was requested, how long it took and whether the guest was satisfied.
Ranking of people Roles, departments and shifts are measured. Never anyone by name.
A product that stores less gets approved sooner.
No. It works with the reports your PMS already exports and does not keep the books: reservations and billing stay in your PMS.
No. Hosdone does not need to integrate with your PMS or access its database: it works with the reports your PMS already exports in CSV or Excel format, such as those your Night Auditor runs every night. During implementation, we check that they contain the data required. If a hotel group wants a direct integration, it can be considered.
No. They scan the hotel’s QR code and write from their phone’s browser.
Only what is needed during the stay: the room, the guest’s requests and what they write. It does not ask for an ID document, email address or payment card. When the stay is closed, the phone session, the guest’s messages and the photos of their case are deleted, and each request remains on record without the room number.
Anything that stalls is escalated automatically: a stalled task alerts the person responsible and then hotel management, without anyone having to chase it.
No. It measures roles, departments and shifts. There are no individual rankings or scores.
Yes. Without a hotel group there is no corporate layer: the General Manager decides and the owners receive the reports.
It suggests; it does not decide. It classifies what the guest writes and, when in doubt, passes it to a person. It does not close anything or evaluate anyone.
It runs today in a test hotel, night after night. The first live hotel is the next step.
Pricing depends on the size of the hotel and the options the owners choose in the setup sheet. We will go through it in the first conversation.
The hotel provides what it already has: its PMS reports and its operating data. Implementation scope and timelines are agreed according to each hotel’s requirements.
A test hotel to explore every screen, with a 30-minute guide.
Completed in a working session with the General Manager and Heads of Department.
The Night Auditor uploads the first live report and each team member signs in with their own account.
Once the agreed scope is complete, the General Manager signs off the implementation.
